As many of you know, I am becoming a Bat Mitzvah in May (rescheduled date TBD). It is customary to do a "mitzvah project" with a focus on helping others in a charitable way. I have chosen to organize and host my very own cabaret in NYC! Since my Frozen Broadway experience is still so close to my heart, I have invited all the former/current Young Elsas and Young Annas (14 in total!) to share their talents at my cabaret, Harmonies for Hope, at the Greenroom42 at 7pm on 3/30/20 (rescheduled date TBD). When looking for an organization to donate the proceeds from the evening, I came across the Covenant House. For years I have been saddened by the homelessness problem in New York City and so I found an organization to team up with that I believe can make a difference in the lives of homeless kids. Please support my efforts to raise money for Covenant House!
Covenant House provides loving care and vital services to homeless, abandoned, abused, trafficked, and exploited youth in 30 cities in the United States, Canada, and Central America. Covenant House programs provide young people with the support they need to leave the streets and achieve independence.
Thank you for helping me be a champion for these kids. Your tax-deductible donation will benefit the homeless kids who turn to Covenant House for shelter and services. Every little bit helps me reach my goal!
