We're partnering with Covenant House this Pride Month!
At GWK, we believe it is our responsibility as LGBTQ+ adults to support the next generation of queer folk. As gay dads and dads-to-be, we are particularly distressed by the fact that LGBTQ+ youth are way over-represented among those experiencing homelessness.
LGBTQ+ youth are more than 2x as likely to experience homelessness as their straight peers.
Covenant House is an organization that strives to create a safe, inclusive environment for all youth, regardless of their sexual orientation and gender identity. Our goal is to raise money for the awesome work Covenant House does to support our young people.
